A few words from our founder
Hello! I'm Jane.

My passion lies in helping entrepreneurs and organisations unlock the power of data to drive meaningful growth and innovation.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked both in-house and as a consultant, helping companies build data-driven strategies and scalable infrastructure. In-house, I led the transformation of a leading omni-channel womenswear brand, building its data science and growth team from the ground up and implementing a modern data stack to support its rapid expansion. As a consultant, I’ve partnered with organisations across industries—including retail and e-commerce, healthcare, and finance—to deliver actionable insights and create systems that drive measurable growth and efficiency.

Prior to focusing on data science, I was a full-time investor focusing on Series A/B stage technology investments. I continue to stay engaged in the startup scene, offering guidance and support to emerging ventures as an advisor and investor.

My experience as an operator, advisor and investor – witnessing how companies’ shift toward a data-driven approach translates to noticeable improvements across revenue, customer loyalty, and operational effectiveness – has inspired me to create this platform in order to support more founders and organisations.
